As a child I was obsessed with old movies from the 30's, 40's, and 50's, started reading Vogue at the age of 9, and was fortunate enough to have grandparents and parents that took my sisters and myself to museums-all of which cultivated a love of the arts and beauty early on. In college I enjoyed studying philosophy and psychology, but missed not having a creative outlet. I had always wanted to emulate the women in those old movies, and the beautiful models in Vogue. I feel very lucky that what I do everyday is a version of what I saw myself doing as a child.

After completing my hair and makeup training, I spent time in Los Angeles working in the movie industry. It was a fun challenge, but I didn't enjoy the nomadic lifestyle as much as I thought I would.  I came back to the Bay Area after a year and a half and started to build my clientele in Burlingame.  I have always specialized in cut, color, styling, makeup, extensions and more recently smoothing treatments.  I enjoy cultivating relationships with my clientele and working with them to create the look that works best for them, and, more importantly, makes them feel most comfortable and beautiful.
